Founded in 1994 by Josef Ludwig, we are now a renowned medium-sized tax consultancy based in Luxembourg, specializing in accounting, tax, and advisory services for freelancers, private individuals, and particularly small and medium-sized businesses from industry, trade, and the financial sector. Our experienced team of around 50 employees supports our clients with extensive expertise in Luxembourgish, German, and international tax and accounting matters – multilingual and highly competent.
2005
Since 2005, we have been working according to a certified quality management system that ensures the highest consulting standards and efficient knowledge management. Additionally, we are constantly striving to improve and optimize our processes through the use of technology.
2012
Our partner company, LMS SERVICES S.à r.l., founded in 2012, offers comprehensive services in the areas of domiciliation and corporate services in Luxembourg. It provides expert advice on all related corporate services, including company formation, domiciliation, taking over registration matters, and the management of a Luxembourg-based company.
