Certified Quality in Accordance with ISO 9001:2015

For us, quality is not only about professional expertise, but also about clear processes, reliable structures and the continuous improvement of the way we work.

Following a successful audit in August, our quality management system has been certified in accordance with the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 standard.

As part of the further development of our quality management, we have thoroughly reviewed and restructured our internal processes over the past months and brought them together in our new quality management system. Our aim is to make knowledge transparent and up to date, clearly define responsibilities and continuously improve our processes.

This also benefits our clients as well as new colleagues: Clear processes, defined responsibilities and a systematic approach to quality create reliability and transparency in our collaboration. At the same time, our quality management system helps us continuously adapt our processes and services to new requirements and developments.

The successful certification confirms this systematic approach and, at the same time, motivates us to continue developing our quality standards consistently in the future.
