As of May 1, 2025, Statec has set the consumer price index at 968.04 points. As a result, a legally mandated automatic adjustment of wages and salaries (indexation) by 2.5% will take place in Luxembourg.
For you and your employees, this means that gross salaries will increase by 2.5% starting May 1,
2025.
The monthly minimum wage will also be adjusted accordingly:

| 17 – 18 years | 2.110,23 € | 2.162,99 € |

| over 18 years and skilled | 3.165,35 € | 3.244,48 € |
Note: The conversion into hourly wages is based on 173 hours per month.
